How do I print from my personal device at Susquehanna as a Student?

Students can print from their personal devices through a variety of methods. All methods will submit jobs to a queue (known as the Follow-Me queue) which allows you to release your print job from any public printer on campus.

Using Mobile Print via Email

Simply send your document as an attachment to either printbw@susqu.edu or printcolor@susqu.edu (depending on whether your document is in black and white or in color)

Within a few minutes of sending the email, you will receive a confirmation email that contains a link. Click the link to confirm your print job. If not confirmed, you will not be able to release your print job. Go to any public MFP and release your job using the linked instructions below.

For further instructions for printing via email, please visit our Knowledge Base Article.

Using the PaperCut Web Print Portal:

Go to http://papercut.susqu.edu and log in with your SU credentials (without @susqu.edu). Then, choose Web Print and follow the instructions to upload your document.

For detailed instructions on using the portal, please visit our Knowledge Base Article.

Using PaperCut Mobility Print

Students can install a client on their personal computers that add the Follow-Me printers to their list of printers, allowing you to print directly without needing to email or upload a document.
