How to Make Copies on MFPs with PaperCut

Making Copies with PaperCut

Copies can be made on all public Toshiba MFPs on campus through the PaperCut menu.  Copies are charged to your account just like print jobs.

Instructions:

1.     Log into MFP either manually typing your SU username (without @susqu.edu) and password on the touch screen or, if your ID Card is registered, swipe your card.  

a.     If ID Card is not registered see How to Register your ID Card to Papercut

2.     After logging in, you will be presented with the Papercut Home Screen

a.     Select Device functions

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

2. If prompted select your Print Account (this may not show up for all users)

3.     Select Access Device

 

4.     Load the documents you wish to copy in the top feeder tray or the scanner glass

5.    Make any adjustments by tapping the desired menu 

  • Number of copies can be adjusted by tapping "set"
  • Duplex (double sided) can be adjusted by tapping "2-Sided"

 

5. Press the Green Start Button to start copies

6. When you are finished, click the Person with a Key button (can be found above the 2 button on the right side) to log out. You will need to click "Yes" on the screen to completely sign out.
