Scan to Email Using PaperCut

Students and employees can scan documents through PaperCut to their own SU email address from any public Konica Minolta MFP using these instructions.

Instructions:

1.     Log into MFP either manually typing your SU username (without @susqu.edu) and password on the touch screen or, if your ID Card is registered, swipe your card.

2.     Touch Scan

3.     Load the documents you wish to scan on the top feeder or under the lid on the glass. After loading, touch Start

4.     If you need to scan multiple documents, you can load them all individually. After loading the first document, press the Start button on the MFP. This will scan the document and then hold it in the queue.

5.     Repeat step 4 as many times as needed. When you have scanned all your individual documents, press Finish on the screen to being the actual scan.

You will see a Scan Complete screen once all items have finished scanning. Press Start to process the scanned documents and send them to your email address.

7.     You will receive the documents to your SU email and will look like the below image.

 

    

 

 

 

8. Double press the Access button on the right to log out of the MFP
