Dial Rules:

1. Internal, on-campus, calling
   1. Only last 4 digits of phone number needed
2. Dialing Outside of SU, Locally
   1. Dial 9, followed ten-digit phone number
3. Dialing Outside of SU, Long Distance
   1. Dial 9-1, followed by ten digit phone number
4. Dialing outside of US (international call)
   1. Dial 9-0-1-1, Followed by country code and full telephone number
   2. https://countrycode.org/
   3. Only faculty/staff office phone lines are enabled for international dialing
