How to Forward Your SU Office 365 Email to Another Account

**External email forwarding is not permitted for current faculty, staff, and students. External email forwarding is provided as a courtesy to graduating students prior to their account closure.**

  1. Login to Office 365 (https://portal.office.com)
  2. Click Outlook
  3. Click Settings (gear icon in the upper right-hand of your screen)
  4. At the bottom of the Settings panel, click View All Outlook settings
  5. Click Mail. Click Forwarding
  6. Under the “Forwarding” heading, select Enable Forwarding
  7. Type the email address you wish to forward your email
  8. We recommend you select “Keep a copy of forwarded messages

Note: Once you set up email forwarding, only new emails sent to your mailbox will be forwarded.
