**External email forwarding is not permitted for current faculty, staff, and students. External email forwarding is provided as a courtesy to graduating students prior to their account closure.**
- Login to Office 365 (https://portal.office.com)
- Click Outlook
- Click Settings (gear icon in the upper right-hand of your screen)
- At the bottom of the Settings panel, click View All Outlook settings
- Click Mail. Click Forwarding
- Under the “Forwarding” heading, select Enable Forwarding
- Type the email address you wish to forward your email
- We recommend you select “Keep a copy of forwarded messages”
Note: Once you set up email forwarding, only new emails sent to your mailbox will be forwarded.
