Note: Documents must be scanned to email, and downloaded to a computer prior to completing the instructions below. All SU employees have access to RightFax. Students may visit the IT Help Desk for faxing assistance.
- Go to fax.susqu.edu
- Rightfax is integrated with SSO so you should automatically be logged in
- Click on New Fax

- Fill out Destination, Name, and Notes Fields
- Destination is the fax number (same dial rules apply, 9 for outside, 91 for outside long distance)

- Click Add File and browse to the file you wish to send

- Click Send

- You can click the refresh button in the bottom right corner to check the status of your fax.

The size of the document being sent determines how quickly it will be delivered.

The fax delivers to the email account associated with a specific fax number and the RightFax application

The cover page of the fax populates information (who it was sent to and the phone number).

The receiving fax number will output the document in whatever format that company has configured

You cannot fax directly from the MFP. However, you can scan the document, email it to yourself, and fax the document from your computer
