Changing Background Image on Cisco Phone 7965

  • Press the Settings
  • Choose 1. User Preferences then the Select button or press the number 1 button on the keypad

  • Use the Navigation Buttons to choose 2. Background Images then the Select button or press 2 on the keypad.

  • Wait for Background images to load
  • Use the navigation buttons to select the desired background image
    • Preview button will show you what the background image will look like on the phone
  • Press the Select button then Save button
