Add Quiz to a Module

  1. Log in to Canvas and click on your course.
  2. In the left hand menu, click on “Modules.”

     
  3. On the Modules page, click on the “+” icon at the top of the module that you wish to add a quiz.

     
  4. In the pop up menu, click on the down arrow in the top box. Then click on “Quiz” from the drop down menu.

     
  5. In the lower section of the pop up box, A) click on the quiz that you wish to add to the module. Then, B) click on “Add Item.”

     
  6. The quiz will now appear in the module. Click on the circle to the right of the quiz to publish it. The circle will turn into a green circle with a check mark.
