What is Microsoft Bookings
Bookings in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams lets you track, manage, and organize your team's appointments and calendars all in one place. You can create a Bookings calendar and add team members to it, build new appointment types, and create and manage in-person and virtual visits for your staff and attendees.

How to use Microsoft Bookings for Multiple Event Attendees:
- Log in to Microsoft Bookings using SU credentials
- If using a departmental account, log in using that accounts credentials. (i.e. helpdesk@susqu.edu and account password)
- Navigate to ‘Services’ from the menu on the left side of your screen
- Click the ‘+ Add new service button
- Enter a service name as shown in the image on the next page
- To allow multiple people to book the same service, change the ‘Maximum number of attendees per event’
IMPORTANT NOTES
- If you set the maximum number of attendees to 1, this number cannot be increased later. If you need to allow more than 1, you will need to create a new service
- If it is set to more than 1, you must use any other value (except 1)
- You must create a new service if you need to change the event from allowing multiple attendees to a single individual.
