How do I clear my browser history/ cache?

Clearing your browser history/ cache can help to resolve a variety of issues that occur when trying to load web pages or when you try log in to different websites (including MyNest, Self Service, and many of our SU Enterprise Applications).

Please follow these steps to clear your browser history/ cache, depending on the browser that you use:

Google Chrome

  1. Click the three dots in the top-right corner.
  2. Go to Settings > Privacy and security > Clear browsing data.
  3. Select "Cached images and files" and choose All time as the time range.
  4. Click Clear data.

Mozilla Firefox

  1. Click the three lines in the top-right corner.
  2. Go to Settings > Privacy & Security.
  3. Scroll to Cookies and Site Data and click Clear Data.
  4. Select Cached Web Content and click Clear.

Microsoft Edge

  1. Click the three dots in the top-right corner.
  2. Go to Settings > Privacy, search, and services.
  3. Under Clear browsing data, click Choose what to clear.
  4. Select Cached images and files, choose All time, and click Clear now.

Safari (Mac)

  1. Click Safari in the top menu bar and select Preferences.
  2. Go to the Privacy tab and click Manage Website Data.
  3. Click Remove All and then Done.
