Teams Meetings Settings
Open Teams in the app or browser.
Click on the “Three Dots” in the upper right-hand corner, and then click on “Settings” from the dropdown menu.
In the Settings screen, click on “Devices” from the left-hand menu.
In the Devices screen, adjust the Audio Settings.
To check the Audio Settings, click on the “Make a test call” button and then follow the prompts. Adjust the Audio Settings and re-check if necessary.
Staying in the Devices screen, scroll to the bottom to adjust the Video Settings.
Check the Preview section at the bottom of the screen.
If the Preview section is blank, click on the box next to Camera and choose different options until the image from the camera shows.
Click on the box next to “Automatically adjust camera controls” to have the software adjust the camera settings. Or click on “Open camera settings” to manually adjust the camera settings.
The settings will automatically save and will be used in all your Teams Meetings.
