1. Start a Teams Meeting.
2. Before joining the meeting, Teams will display a screen for adjusting settings.
A. Video settings are located on the left.
B. Audio settings are located on the right.
3. In the Video settings, you can make the following adjustments.
A. Click on the toggle next to the Camera icon to turn the camera on or off.
B. When the camera is on, click on Background filters to choose different background options.
C. Click on the Gear icon to open additional camera options. These options include selecting a camera, mirror the video, and adjusting the brightness.
4. In the Audio settings, you can make the following adjustments.
A. Click on the toggle next to the Microphone icon to turn the microphone on or off. Click on the slider next to the Speaker icon to adjust the volume.
B. Click on the buttons next to Don’t use audio to turn the audio on or off.
C. Click on the Settings icon to open additional audio options. These options include selecting a speaker and microphone.
5. When ready, click on the Join now button in the lower right corner.
