How do I Scan to OneDrive from PaperCut on an MFP?

Scan to OneDrive using Papercut

SU members (students, faculty, and staff) can scan documents to their own SU OneDrive using these instructions.

 

Instructions:

1.     Log into MFP either manually typing your SU username (without @susqu.edu) and password on the touch screen or, if your ID Card is registered, swipe your card.

2.     Touch Scan

 
 
 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

3.     Select Scan to My OneDrive
 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

4.     Load the documents you wish to scan on the top feeder or under the lid on the glass. After loading, touch Start

a.    
Prompt for more pages will ask you at the end if you have additional document

 

5.     If you have more documents to add to the current scan load the documents and press the “Scan next Page” button. If you would like to start a septate scan select “Scan new document” this will send your scanned documents to your email and take you back to step 4

a.     When you are finished scanning press “Finish” on the screen.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

6.     You will see a Scan Complete screen once all items have finished scanning.
 

7.     The first time you do a scan to OneDrive you will receive an email (Screenshot below) to “Login to OneDrive for Business” -- this will link your PaperCut and OneDrive accounts.


 

8.     A folder will be created in your OneDrive Apps/Scans for PaperCut MF this is where your scanned documents will be saved.

9.     You will also get a confirmation email that your scanned document was sent to your OneDrive.

10.  Press the 1 button to go back to the Papercut home page and press the button in the top right to log out
