How to remove a saved network configuration profile on iOS devices

If you are unable to forget the eduroam network on your iPhone or iPad, check to see if you have a saved network profile installed and remove it.

To remove a configuration profile in iOS:

1. On your iOS device, open Settings  > General > VPN & Device Management
2. Scroll to the bottom and open Profiles. If you do not see a "Profiles" section, you do not have a configuration profile installed.
3. In the "Profiles" section, select the profile you wish to remove and tap Remove Profile. If you have a passcode for your device, you will be prompted to enter it. Then tap Delete.

This will most likely need to be done if you are having trouble accessing eduroam (or if you were at another university where eduroam was used).
