The Help Desk is your first point of contact for any questions about IT at Susquehanna. It is specifically designed to assist students, faculty and staff in a time of need for technology support. Help Desk staff can also identify the best personal technology to invest in during your time at Susquehanna. The Help Desk’s knowledgeable team consists of students and professional staff members with a wide range of experience and training.

Business Hours:
The semester business hours are: 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, Closed Saturday and Sunday
The summer business hours are: 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, Closed Saturday and Sunday
