Request assistance connecting your Smart TV, Amazon Alexa, Xbox, or other smart devices to the network here. At this time, Google devices (Chromecast & Google Home) are unsupported.

Connect a Phone/Tablet/Mobile Device

Request assistance connecting your phone, tablet, or other mobile devices to the network here.

Data Jack Assessment & Activation

Request activation of an ethernet jack in your building, office, or residence hall. Ethernet access is not available in all locations on campus. The activation of ethernet jacks in residence halls is subject to a $100 activation fee per academic year.

Request Assistance with a Guest Account (SU-Guest)

Visitors can create their own guest account by connecting to the SU-Guest wireless network and completing the form. If you need assistance, submit a request here.

Request or Renew a Premium Guest WiFi Account

Premium Guest WiFi is offered to family members of faculty/staff, as well as those with a gym membership. This service is for those who require long term access to the SU wireless network but do not have an SU email address.
